Primary Source Verification
The Credentialing verification process ensures an Applicant's education, training and professional credentials are carefully investigated. In addition, Primary Source Verification (PSV) for initial and renewal re-credentialing will meet regulatory requirements of the Joint Commission, AAAHC, NCQA, and URAC. Credentialing documentation received on behalf of the Applicants' from primary sources will be released to the Client's Credentialing Department only, or Designee.
Primary Source Verificaton (PVS) Issues
When Custom Credentialing is not able to verify required Primary Source Verification (PVS), and when there are issues beyond our control we will contact the Client.
